ABOUT LUMINAR STRATEGY

Built by people who've sat in the seat.

Luminar Strategy was founded on a simple proposition: ESG, strategy, and culture advice is best delivered by people who have actually done the work inside an operating business.

I spent two decades inside a Fortune Global 500 petrochemicals and oil & gas company, most recently leading the sustainability work that lifted the group's FTSE4Good Malaysia and DJSI ratings into top quartile. I have sat in the room when the board asks the hard ESG questions, when the regulator's letter arrives, and when the investor demands a clearer disclosure. I have built the answer, and I have lived with the consequences.

Luminar Strategy brings that operating perspective into the room where ASEAN boards now make their own ESG, strategy, and culture decisions. Our clients are companies whose disclosure season just got harder: IFRS S1/S2, FTSE4Good, DJSI, the Bursa NSRF requirements, and the climate-related risks their auditors and lenders are now asking about. They do not need another framework. They need someone who has done the work.
